Harju Economic Development Centre

HEDC is an insititutional part of the public supporting system in Estonia. Our main goal is to initiate and implement projects aimed to contribute to the local development in Harju country. We are reliable partners to our local authorities, non-profit based sector and also entrepreneurs

Priorities of HEDC:

· improving business environment in Harju County
· encouraging entrepreneurship
· raising competitiveness of the county and its local authorities
· promoting community based activities

HEDC has a co-operation contract with Enterprise Estonia and Union of Harju County Municipalities.
